Founder and Head Coach

Hari Ramachandran

Hari is Strattosport's UK-based founding partner. Hari was a promising left-arm quick and represented the Nilgiris district, after which cricket took a backseat. He rekindled his passion for cricket after moving to the UK in 2009. Hari now actively plays in Hertfordshire league cricket, is a qualified ECB Level 2 coach in the Middlesex Cricket age-group cricket pathways, and is also the co-founder of Verzoe, a UK cricket teamwear brand that launched in 2023.

Head, UK Operations

Rachana Raghavan

Rachana leads on the operational side of Strattosport — safeguarding, logistics, and the day-to-day running that keeps a tour of this scale on track. A qualified coach herself, she also works as a student coach and runs her own private coaching practice. That background is what drew her to Strattosport in the first place — a genuine passion for youth development, and the chance to help build a programme that gives young players the exposure and support they deserve.

About Strattosport

Strattosport is a cricket talent platform built to give young Indian cricketers more of what talent alone can't buy: exposure, mentorship, and the right kind of pressure at the right time.

Too much of Indian junior cricket stops at raw ability. Through high-performance coaching, international tours and exchange programmes, mental conditioning, and experiences beyond the boundary, we open doors that talent alone can't — because the goal isn't just better cricketers. It's more rounded individuals who can excel at more than just cricket.

Our flagship programme is an invitation-only Under-15 tour of the UK, culminating in the Apex International Cricket Festival hosted by Sir Andrew Strauss — where young Indian players train with ECB-qualified coaches, compete against the best sides in the world, and experience a different cricketing culture first-hand.

Strattosport was founded on a simple conviction: players who grow up knowing only the cricket world can thrive in other walks of life too — given the right exposure and mentorship. Meet the people behind it below.

We are not just about developing cricketers. We are about building people.”
